The Ultimate Hospitality Study Tour
is the program for you!
The Ultimate Hospitality
Study Tour is the ideal combination of study and travel that will give you
the opportunity to experience the breathtaking beauty of British Columbias
cities, mountains, and resorts while learning about the vibrant tourism and
hospitality industry that is fundamental to B.C.s success as an ultimate
tourist destination.
You will stay at
the
Holiday Inn Vancouver Centre
in the heart of downtown Vancouver. Classes will be held at both the Holiday
Inn and Vancouver Premier College, allowing you to properly experience three
critical departments in a hotel: Food and Beverage,
Front Office, and
Housekeeping. You will gain hands on industry experience through job
shadowing and a practicum at the Holiday Inn. The Study Tour will also
include tours of a brewery, wineries, and various hotels, as well as visits
to two of B.C.s most famous destinations: Whistler Mountain Resort and the
capital city of Victoria.
You have the option of concluding
your trip with a five-day tour in B.C. Check our website for updates soon!
Program Schedule
Program Details:
Weeks 1 and 2
 |

fellow classmates, the B.C. hospitality industry and the program schedule. |
 |
ring the week you will have classes at both VPC and at the Holiday Inn
Hotel. You will also tour a brewery as well as several local wineries and

job shadowing in three departments: Front Office, Housekeeping, and Food
