  Khao Khai Jeow Moo Sap
( Minced Pork Omelette with Rice )



Ingredients:

steamed rice 2 cups
eggs 3
minced pork 50 g.(1.5 oz.)
spring onion, finely chopped 1 tablespoons
fish sauce 1/2 tablespoons
water 2 tablespoons
oyster sauce 1 tablespoons
vegetable oil 3- 4 tablespoons
tomato, for garnishing 1

 
1. Beat the eggs in a bowl with the minced pork and spring onion.
2. Add fish sauce, water and oyster sauce to the egg mixture.
3. Heat the oil in a frying pan, then add the egg mixture and fry until golden and crispy.
4. Top the warm rice with the egg. Garnish with slices of tomato.


The oil should be very hot when pouring the egg mixture in the frying pan, so the egg will become crispy.
