Phad Tua Ngok
( Sauteed Beansprouts )




Ingredients:

beansprouts 1 cup
tofu, cut into small pieces 1/4 cup
garlic, finely chopped 1 tablespoon
white soy sauce 1 tablespoon
sugar 1/2 teaspoon
oyster sauce 1 teaspoon
vegetable oil 1 teaspoon

 
1. Wash and drain the beansprouts and tofu.
2. Heat the oil in a frying pan, and sauté the garlic over high heat until golden.
3. Put the tofu in a pan and stir-fry. Add white soy sauce, sugar and oyster sauce to taste.
4. Add the beansprouts and stir-fry. Quickly remove from heat, so the beansprouts will look white and fresh.


This dish is suitable for a low calorie diet.It contains only 156 calories.
