SGV Cape Town occupies two beautiful Victorian buildings, which are only 2
minutes walk from the historical Victoria & Alfred Waterfront. The school's
main entrance is at "Moorings 5" and "Windermere", built c1890, houses
classrooms.
The V & A Waterfront is a
fashionable and lively area of shops, restaurants, bars, markets, hotels and
lots of entertainment. It is a major tourist
attraction offering much to visitors, and a
shuttle-bus service connects the Waterfront with central Cape Town in 10
minutes.

The City & the Area Cape Town is the oldest city in South Africa. A bustling and culturally diverse city, it lies at the foot of Table Mountain and has a huge harbour and many tall buildings. The Atlantic Seaboard has beautiful beaches, restaurants, bars and huge, plush houses. There are many markets in the city center, selling everything from flowers to wooden curios. As Cape Town is surrounded by mountains, there are many hiking trails and walks which are all within easy access of the city.
